Boarding and Training with professionals of the Breeds.
Here on the same premises as the Pit Bull and Horse sanctuary we have a small boarding kennel that specializes in the breeds at low cost. The dogs go out individually twice a day for playtime, have toys and given the treatment they crave. We understand the need to physically and mentally stimulate them on a daily basis. The kennels are cooled and heated. We will follow your protocol for the care of your baby. We also offer a low cost board to rescue program for dogs that are in need of rescue but cannot stay at your home. Space is limited. All boarding monies go to help Spindletop Refuge but are not tax deductible.
Training
Corrective behavioral training is available here at the sanctuary as well. When issues arrive that you don't quite understand or there are problems with the boundaries that are in place at home, we would rather help you keep your beloved family member instead of giving them up. There are a limited number of breeds that we work with, most falling in the power breed catagory. Fees vary depending on the nature of the problem. All training fees go to help support Spindletop Refuge but are not tax deductible.
